8 Does magnon deliver in all cities in India?

Magnon Interiors currently deliver in Bangalore, Mysore & Hyderabad.

9 Will all my products get delivered in a single shipment?

Even though we strive to deliver all the products in a single shipment, Sometimes due to technical difficulties all the products cannot be shipped or installed at once. But we assure that the product reaches you within the deadline.

10 Can i cancel my order ?

You will not be able to cancel the order once you pay us the initial payment.

11 How much do you charge for design consultation?

Once the order is confirmed and we get paid the initial payment. We will do the 2D design for Free of cost. However for 3D design, we charge 2.5% for flats and 5% for Villa projects.

12 Can the designs and products be tailored according to my needs and tastes?

We provide 100% customized products. All our products are personalized according to the needs of each customer. You can change the color of the product or the complete design according to your needs.

13 Can I contact the designer for any modifications of the designs?

At each and every stage of development our designers will get your approval before starting off. Even though it is not possible and acceptable to change the designs once finalized you can give your suggestions to the designers by calling 8880646464 or dropping a mail to reachus@magnonindia.com.

14 Before finalizing the design, can the designer come to my place to understand my requirements ?

Yes, the assigned design team will visit the site to understand your requirements & analyse the site better before design finalisation.

15 I have very limited budget, Can you work on very limited budget ?

Magnon offers affordable interior designs, Small or Big our dream is to make every home beautiful. We can craft the designs according to your needs, within your budget.

16 Do you only design the entire home or you undertake small projects like designing a single room?

Entire home or Single room, we undertake any project and help your space shine with elegance.

17 How many days will you take to complete the project?

It totally depends on the type of the project and amount of work involved. We assure that the work will be finished within the stipulated time that we promise at the time of finalizing the project.

18 Should I handover the keys to designers or i should be present in person at the site during the process?

It completely depends on your comfort, you can either handover the key once the design is finalized, or you can come to the site and be there throughout the process. If you are unable to hand over the keys, our magnon executives will come to your place and collect the keys or you can come and drop the keys in our office.

19 What are the other work which are excluded if not specified in the contract ?

The scope of work excludes the following unless explicitly stated :

  • Removal/Relocation of existing items,granite, tiles,switch point,cables etc
  • Electrical works such as cabling, switch points and Lighting
  • Granite, tiles, masonry and Corian and other kitchen tops
  • False Ceiling, Putty, Painting, Electrical Fittings, Wiring & Lights.
  • Fabric works such as cushions, designer fabric headboards for bed, sofa, upholstery and curtains
  • Wall decoration such as painting, wall paper, wall art etc.,
  • Glass work such as etching, filming etc.,
  • Carpentry paneling works, curtain rods etc.,
  • Plumbing works and fittings
  • Concealed wiring, piping, ducting etc.,
  • Grill works, window shutters, doors and door frames

20 Delay Clause and Penalty?

Delivery would normally take place within the timelines mentioned. However there may be delays due to temporary unavailability of raw material. Except for such circumstances a grace period of further 4 weeks should be allowed for Magnon to complete the work. After the grace period there would be a penalty of 10% of the order value per annum on non-completion of the rest of the pending work.

21 Payment Terms

Payment Terms : 10% on Booking, 40% on Design Finalisation & Balance on Materials Delivery at the site. Online payments Instruction All major credit and debit cards accepted only for Initial Payment and balance should be done through cheque/NEFT/Wire transfers ONLY

No cash payment will be entertained.

22 Installation & Delivery

  • Our normal delivery timelines are 6 weeks to 8 weeks post design sign-off & payment of 50% advance for Production. For Lacquered Glass work we would take 3 Weeks additional.
  • End-to-End Projects the completion takes between 90 to 120 days and the estimated timeline for installation is with in 7 to 14 days of delivery for regular projects, and for End-to-End Projects its 15 to 30 days. However the above are indicative timelines and subject to availability of material, power, lift at site, permission to work for atleast 10 hours a day.
  • Incase chosen material is not available, color matching is not possible or particular shade is not available, the customer would be required to choose an appropriate alternative.
  • Utmost care is taken during installation to prevent damage to any existing items. However incase of damage to tiles or defacing of walls and other items or valuables during installation, Magnon will not be responsible for the same.
  • All components are fabricated offsite (In factory) and fitted at location /Site.
  • Manufacturing is machine driven resulting in superior finish and look
  • Custom design carpentry work is fabricated at customer site.
  • Branded regular telescopic channels for kitchen baskets unless specifically mentioned.
  • Branded Regular hinges are used for all shutters unless specifically mentioned

23 Cancellations

If you have changed your mind for any reasons? Magnon understands and we’re happy to offer you a refund in accordance with the Magnon cancellation policy.

Cancelling your project
In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your project after paying the booking amount (10% of project value), Magnon will offer a refund to the tune of half of your booking amount if you have paid 10% booking amount. The refund is processed as Magnon store credits only. You can cancel your project at any time between booking us and placing your final order (between 10% and 50% payment).
Please note: No refunds can be entertained if you cancel your project after 50% payment. However, we would like to get a chance to redress your grievances, if any, in order to help you change your mind. 24 Warranty & Maintenance

  • Modular Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes and related cabinets manufactured and assembled by Magnon are warranted to the original purchasing consumer for 10 years for Plywood and 3 years for MDF, 2 years for Particle Board from the date of original purchase against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
  • If manufacturing defects do occur in Modular Furniture within the terms and conditions of this warranty, such defective part will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased.
  • Warranty terms and condition are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits original purchasers of the product.
  • Maintenance of all items re-sold by Magnon will be done by the respective manufacturers. The customer should call directly the respective call center and inform the manufacturer to take appropriate action
Warranty is not applicable:
  • To products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products, continuous contact with water
  • Typical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
  • If products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated)
  • The warranty will not cover Warpage, Bending in panel board, rusting of channels, hinges and other metallic parts. These could be damaged due to household chemicals, borewell water, hardwater and sprays. Hence, care is to be taken while using such products around hardware and accessories. Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface beyond:
    ⦁ 60 hours for BWP grade plywood (IS710)
    ⦁ 40 hours for BWR grade plywood (IS303)
    ⦁ 20 hours for exterior grade PB and MDF materials
    ⦁ Damage caused by any force majeure event (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc), environmental conditions (such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mould, mildew, etc), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oils, sprays, etc)

25 Modification of Terms and Conditions

Magnon may make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions shall be made available on the Site. Your use of the Site is subject to the most current version of the Terms and Conditions made available on the Site at the time of such use. You are requested to regularly visit the home page www.magnonindia.com to view the most current Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Site, following changes to the Terms and Conditions, will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
