Our normal delivery timelines are 6 to 8 weeks of customer approval and sign-off on design and payment of advance. Estimated timeline for installation is within 4 weeks of delivery, however the above are indicative timelines and subject to availability of material, power, lift at site, permission to work for at-least 10 hours a day. Delivery dates are not confirmed, but suggested and are not liable for any claims.

All Modular components are fabricated offsite (In House Factory) and fitted at Location/Site.

Non-Modular custom designs/Carpentry work is fabricated at Location/Site as per finalized designs.

Branded Regular telescopic channels for kitchen baskets and other drawers unless specifically mentioned.

Branded Regular hinges are used for all shutters unless specifically mentioned.

Back panel of Modular Kitchen will be WPC while other modular furniture will have laminated MDF back panel.

In-case chosen material is not available, colour matching is not possible or particular shade is not available, the customer would be required to choose an appropriate alternative.

The scope of work excludes the following unless explicitly stated:

• Removal/Relocation of existing items, granite, tiles, previous contractor debris etc.,
• Electrical works such as cabling, switch point movements, new electrical points and lighting etc.,
• Plumbing works such as taking new connections, fitting taps, changing the connection point and fittings etc.,
• Counter top (Granite, Quartz & Corian), new tile laying or any other masonry work.
• False Ceiling and POP works.
• Fabric works such as cushions, designer fabric headboards for cot, sofa, upholstery and curtains related work etc.,
• Wall decoration such as Painting, Wallpaper, Wall Arts & Panelling etc.,
• Glass work such as etching, filming etc.,
• Grill works, window shutter’s (UPVC & Aluminium), mosquito mesh, doors and door frames etc.,

Utmost care is taken during installation to prevent damage to any existing items. However, in case of damage to tiles or defacing of walls and other items or valuables during installation, Magnon will not be responsible for the same.

Waste disposal will be done in, customer specified location at site premises. Debris removal out of the site location will be chargeable on actuals.

Payment Terms: 10% towards confirmation of order, 40% towards production and balance 50% on delivery of material to site.

Taxes are extra as applicable, unless specifically mentioned.

Additional charges may be incurred in case of no working lift operational to deliver the material at site.

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

Delivery would normally take place within the above timelines. However, there may be delays due to temporary unavailability of raw material. Except for such circumstances a grace period of further 4 weeks should be allowed for Magnon to complete the work. After the grace period there would be a penalty of 15% of the order value per annum on non-completion of the work.

The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Bengaluru courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
